Personality Arianne is an adventurous young woman with a fiery temper. She has exceptional drive and determination for the things she wants. She also has a devout passion for the things she believes in. She is brave and often speaks out against her father's choices despite his threats to imprison her again. Her drive though often gets her in trouble and her throne has often been threatened because of her words. Her friendship with her bastard cousins, the Sand Snakes, often gets her in trouble also. The girls grew up with wild personalities and a fiery passion. Not being held back by their father Oberyn the Sand Snakes taught these traits to Arianne as well though her cousins may not get in trouble for it, the Princess of Dorne does. She can also be cold and calculating with many secret agendas such as her plan for Myrcella Baratheon.
Physical DescriptionArianne has deep dark hair, bordering on black that pair well with her sea-green wide eyes.These glossy locks spill into perfect ringlets which reach her mid-back. She often appears doe-like because of her young feature and large eyes. She has high cheek bones and a defined jawline though that hint at her true age. She has deep red plush lips, the color of cranberry stain. She has dark tanned skin from her hours in the blazing Dornish sun. For such a demanding young woman though she is small and petite, standing at 5 foot 4 inches tall and weighing 112 pounds.
Powers and AbilitiesArianne's strongest power is her sharp tongue and cunning intelligence. She was also trained by her bastard cousins the arts of poisons and bits of physical combat.
Along with her human abilities Arianne can shift into her houses animal, a King Cobra. In this form she is quick and poisonous, capable of fitting into tight areas.
Being a clouded leopard she has excellent agility and ballance, capable of climbing trees and hunting prey. As a clouded leopard she is smaller than most large cats but is just a ferocious.
Strengths and WeaknessesArianne's biggest strength is her cousins and the things they have taught her. Being the heir to Sunspear she carries much power in the southern-most lands as well as the rest of the Seven Kingdoms if she ever so chose to become a prominent kingdom. Her cousins are also her biggest weakness, the things she was taught by them and the way she cares for them.
Weapons and Armour of ChoiceArianne keeps a small poison tipped dagger in the bosom of her gown and a vial of poison in her room. The Princess of Dorne wears no armour.
Background HistoryArianne was born into the noble Martell family of Dorne with her two younger brothers. The first Qunetyn was sent away at a young age to become a squire and Arianne soon lost the brother she was closest to. After that she began getting to know Trystane. She grew to be a cunning and beautiful young woman soon to be ruling Dorne after her fathers passing. After her brother being bethrothed to Myrcella Baratheon she put her wits to use in conspiring to put a woman on the iron throne. She was young though and had holes in her plan and it soon fell through. Her father banished her to a tower cell with no contect other than the mute servants who tended to her food. She is a determined young girl though and decided her father would not see his heir die so she began a hunger strike which succeeded in bringing her before him. She was revealed to his plans but still disagreed with his way of going about destroying the Lannisters. She despised the Lannisters as much as anyone but she would not wed Viserys Targaryen in order to bring them to their knees. She was luckily spared from this by his death. She still has Myrcella in her grips though and can manipulate her any way she wishes. In her seventeen years Arianne has grown hard and tough. She has become manipulative as well as deceitful and the one true thing she cares about is becoming the Virgin Queen of Dorne.
Along in the mishaps though she met Margaery Tyrell, a girl only months younger than herself and equally as cunning. The two have become the best of friends in secret until Arianne decides to make the friendship known and unite the two southern most kingdoms of Westeros in a peace treaty.
I believe that the sun has risen: not only because I see it, but because by it I see everything else.
